Invoices from a photo
Photograph a supplier invoice and it reads the supplier, business number, invoice number, date, VAT and total. OCR runs on our own server — invoice images never reach a third-party service.
Payroll on ATK bands
Net ↔ gross across the three tax bands (0%, 8%, 10%), Trusti at 5% from each side, primary and secondary employment handled separately. Outputs the bank CSV and the ATK list.
Cash register
Bank withdrawals minus cash-paid invoices minus deposits. The one answer an owner needs during the day: how much cash to withdraw. Works across two bank accounts.
Bank reconciliation
Import the statement — CSV or PDF — and payments match themselves to invoices, payroll, tax and pension. Whatever doesn't match is shown separately rather than hidden.
VAT
The period's position including credit carried from earlier months, and per-invoice treatment — including purchases with no right to deduct.
Customer invoices
Hourly invoices, reverse-charge for customers outside Kosovo, your IBAN and terms. One template, identical every month.

Questions
What people ask before signing up
Does it replace my accountant?
No, and it doesn't claim to. Filings are submitted by you or your accountant; this keeps the records straight and produces the figures they need — the payroll list, the bank CSV, the VAT position. An accountant works faster when the data arrives ready.
How many employees can I keep on the payroll?
As many as you like. The employee count is not capped and does not change the price. What counts is how many accounts sign in.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in a browser on a computer. The phone app — for photographing invoices, the cash register and the payroll calculator — is built and coming to the App Store and Google Play; it is not published yet.
Where is employee data stored?
On a server in the European Union that we control, with each company's data separated. Invoice OCR runs locally on that server — invoice photos are not sent to any external OCR service. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I take my data and leave?
Any time. CSV export for payroll, invoices, expenses and the ATK list. No request needed, no notice period.
Can we share one account between several people?
An account is for one person, not spread across ten phones. That protects the data: device sessions can be listed and revoked from settings, so a lost phone doesn't stay signed in. Each member gets their own account — and those accounts are what the price counts.
