One month of work, five steps.

No weeks of configuration and no training. This is the whole cycle, from the first invoice to payroll sent to the bank.

  1. Photograph invoices as you get them

Fuel, parking, a supplier — photograph it and the supplier, business number, invoice number, date, VAT and total are read out. You only check the figures; you never type a field from scratch. OCR runs on our own server, with no external service involved.

  2. Import the bank statement

Download the statement from your bank — CSV or PDF — and upload it. Payments match themselves to invoices, payroll, tax and pension. What doesn't match isn't discarded: it stays flagged separately so it can't be lost.

  3. Enter hours, or fixed salaries

Employees on a fixed salary need nothing. For hourly ones, enter the hours. Plus and minus hours are entered separately, so it's visible why a salary changed.

  4. Run payroll

Net ↔ gross across the three tax bands, Trusti at 5% from each side, primary separate from secondary employment. Out comes the bank CSV, the ATK list, and each employee's true cost — gross plus employer pension, which is the figure you need when setting an hourly rate.

  5. Read the cash register

Invoices paid by hand come out of the register; bank withdrawals go in. A negative balance tells you exactly how much cash to withdraw. With two bank accounts, a withdrawal from one and a deposit into the other cancel out on their own.

Scope

What stays outside

Said plainly up front, so you know before signing up whether it fits as it is.

It doesn't file returns

It produces the lists and figures; filing with ATK is done by you or your accountant. There is no automated connection to ATK systems.

It isn't a point of sale

No fiscal register, no stock, no barcodes. If you sell over a fiscal till in a shop, you need separate software for that part.

It isn't full accounting

No double-entry general ledger and no balance sheet. It holds payroll, invoices, expenses, VAT and cash — not the accounting journal.

The phone

Field work on the phone

The mobile app is built and coming to the App Store and Google Play; it is not published yet. It holds only the jobs done away from the desk: photographing an invoice, recording a cash payment, the cash register, the payroll calculator and looking up a bank account. Payroll entry and invoicing stay on a computer — on a phone screen they become error-prone.

Try it with last month's invoices

In half an hour you'll know whether it fits.
