Two prices. Both published.
Price depends only on how many users sign in. Employees on the payroll are unlimited and don't change the price. No feature is held hostage behind the expensive tier, and no price is set on a phone call.
Up to 5 users
€10/month
Five accounts that sign in.
- Up to 5 accounts that sign in
- Every feature

More than 5 users
€20/month
Same software, more accounts.
- 6 accounts and up
- Every feature — the same ones
- Employees on payroll: unlimited
Billed monthly by bank invoice — no credit card. Active accounts are what count: add a sixth account during a month and the next month is billed at €20. Employees on the payroll are never counted.
Accounts
One account, one person
An account isn't spread across ten phones: each member gets their own. This isn't a sales limit — it's protection. Each employee's salary, national ID and bank account must not be visible from a shared phone left signed in on a counter, and without separate accounts there's no telling who changed what.
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Each member with their own account | As intended. The session is stored in Keychain/Keystore, not in a browser. |
| Same member on phone and computer | Fine — their devices, one account. Not counted twice. |
| One account shared across many phones | Won't work: a new sign-in displaces the old. Add separate accounts instead. |
| Phone is lost | Revoke that phone's session; the others stay signed in. |
Premium
When the software has to fit your work
The first two plans are a finished product: sign up and work. Premium exists for the two cases where that isn't enough.
Accounting firms
One login holds many companies and switches between them in a click. In each you hold the accountant role, without needing the client's credentials. The price is set by how many companies you run.
Integrations and commissioned features
If your hours, attendance or other records live in another system, the connection to it gets built specifically — so nothing is typed in twice. The same goes for a feature your workflow needs and the software doesn't have.
Every request is scoped on its own: whether it's possible, how long, and what it costs — before any work starts. No integration is promised without looking at the system first, because not every system allows its data to be pulled.

Questions
About the price
How are users counted?
The accounts that can sign in — owner, admins, accountant. Employees on the payroll are not counted: keep as many as you like without changing the price.
How do I pay?
Monthly invoice and bank transfer. No credit card is required, and no card data is stored — because none is collected.
What if I stop?
Export your data to CSV before you stop — payroll, invoices, expenses and the ATK list. Export always works, without asking.
Can it connect to the system we already use?
Often yes, under the Premium plan. If your hours or attendance live in another system, the connection is built specifically so nothing is entered twice. Each case is scoped on its own: not every system allows its data to be pulled, and that gets said before work starts rather than discovered afterwards.
I'm an accountant with many clients — how does that work?
That's the Premium plan. One login holds many companies and
switches between them in a click; in each you hold the
accountant role, without needing the client's credentials. The
price is set by how many companies you run — write to [EMAIL].
